Installation & Repair Technician

Installs telecommunications services at customer homes and businesses. Provides guidance to customer on service operation. Diagnoses and repairs service /equipment at customer location.

Minimum requirements

At least 18 years old and a High School graduate, licensed driver with a clean record, basic IT skills, good physical condition.

Preferred

21 years old with information technology training at the Technical College level.


Network Operations Technician

Installs and maintains network equipment in company facilities, diagnoses hardware and software issues, conducts repairs and system upgrades, assists customers and other employees with network and equipment issues.

Minimum requirements

At least 18 years old and a High School graduate, licensed driver with a clean record, advanced IT skills

Preferred

21 years old with a certificate/AA in information technology from a Tech College or University. Two years of work experience in IT and/or telecommunications.


Construction Technician

Installs fiber optic cables/equipment (both underground & aerial), repairs damaged cables, operates heavy equipment.

Minimum requirements

At least 18 years old and a High School graduate, licensed driver with a clean record, good physical condition

Preferred

21 years old w/construction & heavy equipment operating experience, CDL.


Customer Service Representative

Assists customers with service applications and service issues, resolves billing issues, and takes customer payments. Handles incoming customer calls and visits, answers questions about telecom services and plans, inputs data into customer management system, and works with customers on service financial assistance.

Minimum requirements

At least 18 years old and a High School graduate, good communications, basic IT skills and good attention to detail.

Preferred

A certificate/AA in business management from a Technical College or University. Two years of work experience in retail operation or customer service.
