Helene Outage Update

We want to inform you about the ongoing situation following the severe damage caused by Hurricane Helene on Friday morning. Our team has been tirelessly working around the clock to repair our distribution lines, and while we are making significant progress, there is still a considerable amount of work ahead.

Our immediate focus has been on:

-Removing trees and limbs from power lines
-Replacing broken poles
-Rehanging power lines

As power is restored in various areas, we will begin reallocating personnel to address the replacement of drop lines from the street to your homes or businesses.

If your power has been restored but you are still experiencing issues with Relyant services, please follow these steps:

1. Check that your power supply is functioning properly.
2. Reboot your router and set-top box by unplugging them from their power source for 15-20 seconds, then plugging them back in.
3. Allow devices to reconnect for a minute or two.
